Meetings

Parish Council Meetings are normally held on the third Monday every two months at Buildwas Village Hall.

The Parish Council occasionally holds extraordinary meetings if necessary. For example, if the council is consulted on a planning application or a highways matter and the Councillors are keen to hear the views of the community before responding.

The agenda for the next meeting of the Parish Council are listed on this website, along with minutes in draft form, the signed legal copies of minutes are kept in records by the Parish Council.

The public and press are welcome to attend all meetings.  Members of the public are invited to address the Council for 15 minutes at the start of each meeting, each member of the public has 3 minutes to present questions or information to the Council, however a written response may be given if there is not sufficient time or information available to respond to the public during the meeting.
